The Design Process

Consultation

  • Via telephone or email

  • Discuss time frame and budget

  • Discuss type of event, date, etc.

  • Distinguish style, theme, color palette and possible inspiration

Design Concepts

  • Sample(s) will be provided based on consultation information

  • Up to 3 revisions/edits included with chosen concept

  • Any additional revisions are subject to a $85.00 per hour design fee

Payment

  • Upon final selection of invitation style a payment is made in full

  • Orders outside of UK may be required to submit payment via our web shop

  • RUSH ORDER’s are considered and will incur an expedite fee- usually 50% extra

  • No Refunds

Approval of Proofs

  • Proofs of invitation suite layout will be sent via e-mail for a dated signature of approval

  • Please help to avoid mistakes and re-dos. Carefully proof read the content of your layout(s) for accuracy. You are responsible for approval of proofs, proof reading and errors. LuxuryWeddInvitations is not responsible for typos after proofs are signed off and approved. All re-dos are the responsibility and cost of the client.

Delivery

  • All postage/shipping charges are paid by client and will be included in final invoice

  • Any balance due must be paid prior to delivery or mailing of invites

  • LuxuryWeddInvitations is not responsible for undelivered or damaged invitations

Contractual Agreement

  • When placing an order with LuxuryWeddInvitations, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set forth under our Design Process guidelines and procedures. If any clarification is needed, please do not hesitate to inquire!
